Would you like a visit at your TMR Customer Service Centre?

As we near the end of what has been a very big 2020, we are looking at doing one last round of workplace visits prior to the end of the year.

Over the past two years we have generally done a combination of attending your LED time to talk with staff as a group or spent a couple of hours in you Customer Service Centre where staff can come have a chat with us individually. We are keen to hear what you preference is for our visits this time around following member feedback, so please complete the below. 

Would you like a visit?

  1. Option one: attend your LEDT to provide an update and talk as a group?
  2. Option two: attend your centre and provide staff the opportunity to have their one on one time with me?
  3. Option three: combination of both?

This will be a great opportunity for members to chat with your organiser and get an update on the Customer Service Role Descriptions, implementation of your Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and the changes to the Public Service Act that aim to maximise employment security.

We know it's been very busy and a lot is happening so it's very important that you feel supported by your union. The best thing you can do is have a chat with your colleagues about why it's important to be involved in your union at TMR and ask them to join you.
