Working from home and office roster flexibility for Bolton Clarke members

We have recently received information from Bolton Clarke advising that Call Centre staff are now transitioning back into the office after several months of working from home.

The model that Bolton Clarke are using will see that 30% to 40% of staff will be on site at any one time. This means that employees will have some time continuing to work from home and some face to face time in the office.

Change is difficult and this has been a difficult year for all workers.  I encourage you to make contact with your union by emailing agedcare@together.org.au or by calling your union office on 1800 177 244 if you have any questions or concerns surrounding this process.

Remember your union provides members with individual advice and assistance including collective issues outside of EB negotiations.
