We need your feedback - staffing changes at Anglicare.

Your union office has received alarming information from members which will require further investigation.

Members have found that there may be upcoming staffing changes - specifically for admin and clerical workers within Residential Care Centres.

Your union office was advised that these changes are a result of the centralisation of some administration tasks and risk incidents being logged online by registered staff instead of the clerical workers.

Please let us know if you have heard anything or have written documents in relation to this matter as it's important that union members share information and develop a collective response to changes like these.

Under major change (in this term, a major change is likely to have a significant effect on employees section 4.8.9), you're eligible to appoint your union as an representative during any major changes (sections 4.8.2, 4.8.3, 4.8.4 and 4.8.5).

Union members work together when presented with changes like these. This ensures that everyone knows what is happening and everyone has a voice when discussions commence; a voice that is large and not neglected.
