Posted on March 8, 2017

Your Feedback Urgently Needed

Dnata have finally started to communicate with you and your workmates about their new entities and how they may impact on you as employees.

Union members around the country have already expressed their concerns about how these two entities will affect their job security.

Your union’s national office has requested a meeting with management and all delegates from around Australia to discuss member concerns about the new entities.  This meeting is scheduled for 15 March 2017.

Before 15 March 2017, your delegates need feedback from you as to how you are feeling about the establishment of these new entities and how you feel that these entities may impact on your jobs.

Delegates are also keen to hear from members and potential members on any questions that you may want to be answered by management.

Your input is vital to ensuring that your delegates can best represent your views. Please reply to this email with any concerns, questions or comments that you may have.

Your union, Together/ASU will be conducting meetings in all locations over the coming weeks, stay tuned for the times and locations for your union meetings.  Make sure you come along and bring your colleagues.

This is your opportunity to have a say and make positive change in your workplace .

As with all workplace issues; there are three important steps needed in order to make positive change;

  1. Joining Together –
  2. Talk to each other about the issue and what concerns you have and
  3. Support each other through the process.
