TMR: Update on your agreeement
TMR has advised your union representatives that the consultation period for your new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) to replace the current determination commenced last Friday. You should receive an email from your employer shortly with this information and access to more materials regarding your EBA.
The EBA provides for pay increases of 2.5% each year from 1 July in each year, for 2016, 2017 and 2018.
The ballot will open on Monday 28 November and will close Sunday 11 December. If there is a Yes vote an application for certification will be lodged.
After the agreement is certified in the Industrial Relations Commission back pay from 1 July 2016 will be processed. We will provide further information on the timing of the backpay.
