TMR CSC review – we need your feedback on your new draft role description
As you are aware the CSC review report to the Minister is due at the end of this month.
Your delegates and union office have put together updated core duties and responsibilities for the roles in customer service centres. Please see below the draft role descriptions for each role.
We are really keen to hear you feedback and particularly if there are any core duties or responsibilities you think are missing or incorrect.
We will then collate your feedback and write these up formally for consideration by the Department but also to form part of our submission to the Minister.
