Singapore Airlines Bargaining Update: ASU Survey
Management has made members in Singapore Airlines an offer for a new enterprise agreement. Tell us what you think about management's offer by completing the survey here by 4.00PM on Wednesday, 17 February 2020.
The key points of the company’s proposal are:
- a two-year enterprise agreement, with a nominal expiry date in March 2023;
- No COL or performance increase in FY2021 (April 2021/March 2022), unless SQ staff in Singapore are returned to full wages. If SQ staff in Singapore are returned to full wages, then there will be a 2.8% pay increase from the first full month after Singapore-based staff return to full wages;
- A 2.3% pay increase and performance increase in March 2022;
- Maintain the 10% superannuation contribution.
Some changes to the EBA to ensure compliance with Fair Work Act and modern award entitlements. You can find a tracked change version here.
