eHealth - An update on your change management and 18 vacant positions

Recently, Together delegates met with management to discuss the issue of the 18 vacant positions and the change management that is currently taking place within eHealth this week. Although we are yet to receive all the answers, there are a few outcomes worth sharing with members today.

eHealth delegates will now meet on a fortnightly basis with management, with our next meeting on Tuesday 20 December and we will send you a communication after each of these meetings.

Importantly, we asked as a sign of good faith that all temporary contracts be extended until April 1, 2017, which is when the change management process is due to be finalised. Delegates are also awaiting further advice from management with regards to the issue of the 18 vacant positions.

Management will respond to that request at our next meeting and we will keep you informed of this decision.
