DTS Realignment – Proposed structure released, have your say!

As you will have hopefully received this week the Department has released their proposed structure for the DTS realignment.

We are in the home stretch and the Department is consulting with workers until 21 October – we encourage members to get involved with the process. Together has been provided with a number of documents.

  • Customer and Digital Strategy

As part of consultation Together members will be putting forward their own feedback via their delegates. Delegates have been attending meetings for a number of months now to discuss the issues being raised that are important to members.

Delegates would like to know your thoughts on the proposed structure: Please complete this online survey. Some of these questions will be similar to previous surveys, however as the information from the Department changes we must collect new data. The data collected will be used to form the overall feedback of members. Individual examples will not be used and any information used will be anonymised before its inclusion.

The survey will be open until COB Thursday 17 October.
