Blue Care's response to union concerns

Following Blue Care’s failure to respond to the request from your union for appropriate clarification regarding the organisational changes, assistance was sought from the Fair Work Commission.

Blue Care provided some information over the weekend which outlines some changes. However, it does not outline the impact these job losses will have on the rest of the organisation including workloads, professional support and selection processes. Nor does it outline how any adverse effect will be lessened in your workplace.

The FWC has recommended that Blue Care meet to clarify any questions or feedback.
