ASU Career Launchpad: February 2020

Posted on February 19, 2020

The ASU Career Launchpad is back for another year!

We have an action packed program for you this year, kicking off with two exciting new courses.

Boost your Skills: Dealing with Difficult Customers - Advanced

Friday 6 March – Day Session

In 2019 the ASU Career Launchpad webinar Dealing with Difficult Customers was one of our most popular sessions ever. Hundreds of ASU members participated and learned from expert facilitator Monique Richardson about how to deal with difficult customers in the workplace.

Afterwards we heard how helpful members found the course and there was demand for more!

This session will build on the 2019 course and expand your toolkit for managing difficult interactions with customers.  This webinar can be viewed as a continuation of the previous webinar or as a standalone session, no previous knowledge is required!  (However if you do want to watch the previous course, don’t forget it’s available to view on demand through your member portal!)

Launch into Leadership: Improving Workplace Culture and Morale

Thursday 26 March – Night Session

Workplace culture is a challenging concept. We all know when we have a bad workplace culture, but how do you go about improving it?

Expert presenter Angela Olanda will guide participants through an examination of workplace culture, from the impact a poor or positive culture can have on an organisation through to assessing and identifying what needs to change.  The session will then focus on exploring strategies and implementation solutions to improve the culture and morale in your workplace.

These webinars are part of the ASU Career Launchpad professional development program, designed to help support you throughout your working life.
