We have recently been advised by Slater & Gordon that organisational change is being proposed to staff.


Your work in CSYW is challenging and demanding, and it’s important to try to have a work/life balance. We hear the Department talk about Flexible Working Arrangements (FWAs) a lot. This could be arrangements such as part-time work, compressed hours, or telecommuting.

URGENT! Armaguard is threatening your agreement!

Your delegates have made contact with us overnight with urgent and alarming concerns around Armaguard's intention to run tool box sessions to try and convince you to cancel your agreement with the Fair Work Commission (FWC) and to vote for a memorandum of understanding as a means of getting out of making the undertakings that the FWC is requesting they make in order to ensure that everyone’s wages and conditions are actually better than the award.
