This week we learned that Queensland’s politicians are still all set to get a 9% pay increase.The increase for this year will be 3%, backdated to 1 July 2013.

Last week staff were advised by the Vice-Chancellor that staff will receive a salary increase of 3% from December 1 2013. This wage increase is to be made administratively and was not a negotiated outcome as part of the bargaining process.

Together delegates have asked me to call an urgent meeting Wednesday 2 October 2013 - all Together members are welcome and urged to attend.
