Proposed changes to Blue Care employee conditions

  • Ability to roster employees for shifts in a mixed functions capacity for periods of one day or more.  Such employees to be paid at the applicable rate for each full day worked in each classification 
  • Ordinary hours of work not to exceed 10 hours in any one day.
  • Ability for part-time employees, by agreement to work 11 shifts in a fortnight at ordinary rates..
  • Provision for unpaid shut down and for shut down, where applicable, with deduction from annual leave.
