- Clause 3 - Progression from AO3 to AO4 : Senior Payroll Specialist -
Your working group is meeting with Qhealth to go through the progression process on the 16 and 17 April 2012. If agreement between the parties cannot be reached over these 2 days then we will be referring the matter to the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission for a determination.

- Clause 4 - Filling of vacant AO3 positions through Specified Advertising -
This project is subject to Clause 3 being completed.

- Clause 5 - AO2 Progression to AO3 -
The proposal presented by Qhealth around this item was based on a special increment. We advised that this was not correct and they are now seeking clarification from the DDG.

- Clause 6 - Direct Appointment of Temporary Staff -
Qhealth have now the head of power and is now working on an implementation schedule and believe that members should have appointment letters by the end of April 2012.

- Clause 9 - Higher Duties Direct Appointment -
Qhealth have now the head of power and is now working on an implementation schedule and believe that members should have appointment letters by the end of April 2012.
