Quick update on the status of your Healthe Care agreement.

Your Union and Healthe Care have been advised the following from the Fair Work Commission.

“Your agreement is currently with the Agreements Team who are performing a preliminary review of the application.

At the moment, the Commission is working through a large backlog of agreement applications which has led to delays in processing times for agreement approval applications.

We also note that December 2017 was a period with an unusually high number of agreement approval application lodgements.

At present we are working to prioritise applications that were lodged more than 12 weeks ago, as well as applications where parties have a pressing business need for their application to be expedited.”

We shall keep you posted on any further developments.
