QML: Undertakings have been made
On Tuesday, the Fair Work Commission (FWC) had yet again been in contact with QML to seek undertakings with regards to the certification of your agreement.
QML has made contact with the commission and provided the following undertakings.
Clause 14.2 The Company undertakes that all approved overtime will be paid in accordance with the Health Professionals and Support Services Award, and not rounded to 15 minutes as described in this Clause.
Clause 17.4 The Company undertakes that the Full time Relief Employees are "shiftworker" for the purpose of the additional annual leave provided for in the NES.
We will keep you updated with any further developments, however, I suspect that the agreement will now be certified by the FWC. Once again congratulations on the improvements you have made in your workplace.
