Medical Officers: Have your say on wages and conditions

Posted November 5, 2011 by Alex Scott

2012 is a very important year for the future of Queensland Health - it will be time to work out a new collective agreement to cover terms and conditions of work of Medical Officers.

Things like your pay rates, hours of work, overtime and on-call arrangements, and career progression are all covered in these negotiations so it's important that all union members have their say.

We want to know what's important to you. Please take the time to complete a short survey about your priorities for a new collective agreement for medical officers: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/TQ6SJSP

Your answers will guide union delegates as they develop the list of items, or log of claims, that we take to Queensland Health management. Now is the best opportunity in three years to address the concerns facing Medical Officers in Queensland Health.

If you have questions about the survey, or the new agreement, you can email health@together.org.au
