Making Policelink better

A range of issues have been raised with me by union members at Policelink. Members have raised with me their concerns about the new shift swap policy and the possibility of some shift roster time changes that are currently being discussed. 

Management have advised that they undertook extensive consultation and feedback with the staff here and it appears that the policy has been accepted. However some union members have suggested that many staff provided negative feedback and are having trouble swapping shifts when they need to which is impacting on work life balance. 

What do you think of the new policy? How is it impacting you?

I am also advised that staff have been advised that management are looking at changing day late shifts to afternoon shifts to cover busy periods and want feedback. What do you think about this proposal?
