Ipswich: Rally on Thursday for local Health Services

Posted August 13, 2012 by Alex Scott

As you may be aware, the Government are making savage attacks on Qld Health jobs and the Community Services at Ipswich.

The government has slashed budget funding to Rural Health, HACC and Women's Services. Services that are imperative to the Community wellbeing.

As you may have read in The Sunday Mail last weekend, there are also plans to reduce security at Qld Health sites in the West Moreton area. This includes reducing security at a high risk Mental Health facility for the criminally insane. Cutting the security arrangements will result in compromising security standards and putting patients, Qld Health Workers and the community at risk.

Together members are fighting for Queensland Jobs and services and they need your support. It's important that you come along and support Qld Health workers. We need to tell the Government the devastating impacts these savage job cuts will have on people's lives and the community.

Enough is enough!

It's time to stand Together.

Please join your fellow Together members at your Ipswich Rally on:
