Autism Qld EB Update
Your Autism Queensland Limited Employee Agreement 2018 is still sitting with the Fair Work Commission while they check whether the new agreement passes the "Better Off Overall" Test (BOOT).
BOOT requires that each of the employees to be covered by the agreement is better off overall than under the relevant modern award. It is critical criteria for approving an agreement.
The Fair Work Commission has concerns relating to the agreement and has requested that Autism QLD makes a number of undertakings. Please see email correspondence here.
