ACE Wage Offer - Is this a RACE to the Bottom!
ACE management have made it very clear that moving forward to finalising the ACE Enterprise Agreement 2016, the best offer to you is a wage rise that is less than the cost of living!
In other words this is a pay cut!
1.25% per annum over the next 4 years! Is this FAIR?!
Together Union and Delegates have expressed their disappointment and disbelief at the offer. At the moment, the average private sector wage increase is 1.9%, this offer is way below that and is even less than CPI. We all understand that keeping costs down are important but NOT to the detriment of staff.
It is important that you have your say, and send a clear message to ACE management that they MUST do better.
Stand with your Delegates, Theresa Barnett and Patrick Schofield, and get board in supporting them by asking your colleagues to join your union, participate in activities for a better wage offer, and show management that you believe that you are worth more and deserve more than 1.25%.
