Patient accounts at Greenslopes Private Hospital

Your union office recently received a letter from Ramsay, addressed to the wrong union office, advising of proposed changes to Patient Accounts Services. Ramsay has advised that "the patient accounts function will cease to be done at Greenslopes Private Hospital from approximately 1 July 2018.  This function will transition to the Southern Billing Hub at Southport."

It’s been great visiting some of the YJ service centres in the south east corner this year, and I know a number of organisers have recently visited regional offices too.
