EB9: Happy Pay Day!
This week is the second pay increase of the three-year EB9 agreement. Union members won these pay increases along with better rights at work! Share this image to celebrate!
We still have more work to do during the life of the agreement to improve things like rostering, benchmark PD's, workload management, HR Policies, natural justice in complaint and discipline processes, and the management of organisational change.
Remind your colleagues that to win better conditions under these review processes, everyone needs to be part of the union.
